It’s not easy building something from scratch. The details can be overwhelming, especially when you’re tackling the project by yourself. As the workhorse of the company, I created or managed every aspect of Found ID – including marketing, sales, strategic planning, changing focus from B-to-C to B-to-B, copy, design, mobile app and web site development, advertising, videos, customer service, operations, public relations, purchasing, acquiring a trademark, fulfillment, vendor management, trade shows and even a re-brand. (Phew.)

My sales prospecting tools, processes and rigor successfully opened doors, created relationships and sales across multiple channels including IBM, Siemens, American Family, Liberty Mutual, American Airlines, Chase Bank, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America, Exact Macola, Virgin America, US Bank, American Express, Choice Hotels, JetBlue, Sandals, Ducks Unlimited, AARP and AAA.
